How do I contact an Author from Imagined Interprises, Inc. to send them a letter or other items? Can I get my book autographed?

Unfortunately, we can't give out our author's addresses. We will forward any mail addressed to them. Address mail to:

Please be aware that due to the volume of mail received, it may take time for your letter or package to be forwarded. Only regular mail will be forwarded - No UPS or FedEx.

Authors' addresses, phone numbers, and personal email addresses are held in confidence. We will forward regular mail, but we cannot give out any contact information. All of our authors have public websites and email addresses; you can find these in the Our Authors section of this website.

Will Imagined Interprises, Inc. authors autograph my copies of their books?

Imagined Interprises, Inc. was built from the ground up with the fan in mind. There are several ways to get your copies of our books signed by the author.

1) Pre-ordered copies of any books purchased from our Book Store will have a personalized autograph for you when the book arrives. This means that not only will the author sign his name to it, but they will dedicate it to whomever you choose.

2) Pre-ordered copies of any books purchased from our authorized resellers - Your local comic book store or independent bookstore - will have a personalized autograph for you when the book arrives. Again, not only will the author sign his name to it, but with a dedication to whomever you choose. If your local book store does not carry our books, please tell them to contact us.

3) All of our Authors make public appearances at conventions, libraries, and schools throughout the year. Check their calendars, which are posted on each of their personal websites, for places, dates, and times. You will find links to their personal pages in our About our Authors section.

4) We will forward packages that you send to us to the authors. If you send a book to be autographed, please enclose a return mailer. Neither Imagined Interprises, Inc. nor our authors will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Neither Imagined Interprises, Inc. nor our authors are responsible for damage incurred during shipping; books and other material to be autographed are sent at your own risk.

Can I get a replacement copy of a damaged book?

If you have purchased a book from us (at our website or directly from our authors at public appearances) we will replace the book if it has a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects are: missing or repeated pages, pages from another book bound in, incorrect binding that cuts off part of the text, etc.

If you purchased the product from a retailer that carries our books, and not directly from Imagined Interprises, Inc., please return the product to that retailer. We will replace that book for the retailer through their normal return channels.

We will not replace copies which have become worn or damaged through regular use or due to fire, flood, or accident.

Can I get a replacement jacket for a hardcover?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement jackets for our hardcover books. These are produced in limited number and we have no extras.
